We do not accept returns once an item is purchased due to nature of products. All sales are final.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. For broken bongs, you must send a video showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery for us to address the issue.
